NaRi AF – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At NaRi AF, we uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Every piece is meticulously inspected before shipping, and all sales are final.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon receipt.

✔ Return or replacement is ONLY possible for damaged items and requires a mandatory unboxing video showing the damage clearly.
✔ Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order via email at nariaf.29@gmail.com along with the unboxing video.
✔ If approved, we will offer either a replacement of the same item or a refund as per our discretion.

🔺 Returns & refunds will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike.
  • Incorrect size or fit.
  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or custom orders, unless visibly damaged upon receipt.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

✔ If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
✔ Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please check with your bank before reaching out to us.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

✔ We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, except under rare circumstances such as:
✔ Accidental or duplicate payment – Must be reported within 48 hours via email at nariaf29@gmail.com for cancellation.

Important Notes:

✔ Unboxing Video is MANDATORY to process any claim related to missing, damaged, or defective products.
✔ Claims without proper video evidence from the unboxing moment will not be considered.
