✔ We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
✔ Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
✔ By making a purchase, you confirm that all information provided (including shipping details) is accurate and complete.

2. Product Quality & Care

✔ Our jewelry is waterproof, sweatproof, hypoallergenic, and anti-tarnish, but to ensure longevity, we recommend proper care.
✔ Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged exposure to water for maximum durability.
✔ Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to natural differences in materials and handmade elements.

3. Orders & Payments

✔ All orders are processed upon successful payment.
✔ We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and online transfers.
✔ Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, except in cases of accidental or duplicate payments, which must be reported within 48 hours.
✔ NaRi AF reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or violation of our policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

✔ We ship across India and internationally. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.
✔ Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or courier-related issues.
✔ Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged upon receipt.

✔ Return or replacement is ONLY applicable for damaged items, provided a mandatory unboxing video is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Sale, discounted, or custom-made orders
    ✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

✔ All content, including images, logos, product designs, and text on NaRi AF, is the exclusive property of the brand. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

✔ NaRi AF is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damages caused by improper use of our products.
✔ We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
